We're excited to launch the Arcane Circle GM Academy — a free training program designed to help you become a better Game Master, whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your skills.

- Skill assessments - Test your knowledge and track your progress as you advance

- Completely free - The Academy is available to all Arcane Circle users at no cost

🎭 Character Sheets (Beta)
Create and manage your characters directly on Arcane Circle.
- Fully interactive sheets:
- Track HP, spell slots, and conditions in real-time
- Integrated dice roller - click any stat to roll
- Manage inventory, equipment, and prepared spells
- Edit ability scores, skills, and saving throws
- Write background stories and session notes
- Import from D&D Beyond or Foundry VTT - Bring your existing characters over
- Clone & Export - Duplicate characters or save them for backup
- Character approval - Submit characters for your GM to review before sessions
- Link to games - After booking a game, you'll be prompted to create or link a character
- System-specific interactive character sheets are currently supported for D&D 5E (both versions), Pathfinder 2E, and The Burning Wheel. All other systems use a generic customizable character sheet, for now. More systems coming soon!

🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed re-apply for campaigns - Players who were declined or removed from a game can now properly re-apply when a GM allows it
- Fixed session tracking - Resolved an issue where the current session indicator could get out of sync when starting or completing sessions
- Fixed description length - The short description field now correctly allows up to 300 characters as intended
- Fixed booking status - Cancelled bookings no longer incorrectly block players from re-applying to games
- Smoother re-apply flow - When a GM allows a player to re-apply, the system now properly preserves booking history while clearing the way for a fresh application
