Guild Discord, Auto-Extending Campaigns, and Polish

A round of upgrades for guilds, GMs, and players: Discord integration for guilds, custom banners, request-a-system, auto-extending campaigns, and a stack of behind-the-scenes improvements.

🎮 Discord Integration for Guilds

Connect your Discord server to your guild and let your members announce games directly to your channels.

  • Link your Discord server from the guild settings page — verify ownership and pick a default announcement channel
  • Per-guild settings so each community controls where announcements land

📣 Announce in Discord — Manual Trigger

For games that need a little extra time to cook before going public, or for GMs who didn't check the announce box at publish — there's now a dedicated Announce in Discord button on the game page.

  • Hold off on the Discord post until your listing is polished, then push it with one click
  • Or recover gracefully when you forgot to tick the checkbox at publish time
  • One announcement per game — no accidental double-posts

🖼️ Guild Banners

Guild owners can now upload a custom banner image for the guild landing page. Drop in a wide image, crop, save — it shows up at the top of your public guild page.

🔄 Auto-Extending Campaigns

Long-running recurring campaigns no longer hit a hard wall. As sessions complete, new ones are scheduled automatically, keeping up to 104 upcoming sessions on the books at any time — no more babysitting your campaign every few months.

📚 Request a Game System

Don't see your system in the list? Players and GMs can now request a new game system directly from the game creation flow. Requests go to our team for review, and you'll get an email when your request is approved (or if we have to pass).

🐛 Fixes & Improvements

  • Game tags — overhauled the tag system behind the scenes; tags now apply, save, and display reliably across game cards and listings
  • Timezone settings — the timezone dropdown on account settings now shows the full list
  • Invite handling — fixed silent failures on invite accept and decline, and added network error toasts so you know when something doesn't go through
  • Smoother guild invite flow
  • Cleaner game publishing experience with better announcement timing
  • Polish across the dashboard, game forms, and player onboarding
  • Various small fixes across the site
